Durata medie de cercetare pentru un instrument este de 10-12 ani. Human Synergistics are în portofoliu peste 50 de instrumente de dezvoltare și transformare. Instrumentele Human Synergistics pot fi folosite prin intermediul specialiștilor instruiți de noi.
Numele Human Synergistics este mai puțin cunoscut decât este numele unuia dintre cele mai piratate exerciții folosite în training, atât în lume cât și în România: Supraviețuirea în deșert.
Acest exercițiu este proprietatea intelectuală a Human Synergistics Internațional, nu este un bun public. Ne bucurăm de notorietatea acestui exercițiu și suntem convinși că, o dată ce ați aflat că acest exercițiu are un proprietar, ne veți suna dacă vreți să îl folosiți. Deșertul are o modalitate de aplicare foarte atractivă, este însoțit de un film care ajută participanții să se pună mai ușor în context și prezentarea lui grafică este excepțională. Deșertul nu este un simplu joc, este un exercițiu care măsoară sinergia în interacțiuni de echipă.
Acesta este doar unul dintre cele peste 50 de instrumente pe care le avem în portofoliu, dezvoltate în peste 35 de ani de cercetare continuă. Toate instrumentele din portofoliul nostru sunt construite cu eforturi seminificative de timp și bani, în zeci de ani de cercetare.
Durata medie de cercetare pentru un instrument este de 10-12 ani. Ne bucurăm că sunt utile și lumea vrea să le folosească pe scară largă, dar vă rugăm să ne respectați munca și efortul și, dacă vreți să le folosiți, achiziționați-le fie direct de la noi, fie prin intermediul consultanților noștri acreditați. Nici unul dintre instrumentele purtând marca Human Synergistics nu este bun public. Mai jos aveti lista tuturor instrumentelor înregistrate sub sigla Human Synergistics.
